Description This tape was created by Jim Bolus.
Side 1: Dr Alex Harthill, veterinarian, discussed his controversial ownership of two horses that ran in the tenth race on Derby Day 1972. Horse owner Al Levinson was interviewed by Bolus on his part in the Harthill controversy. Bolus also interviewed various racetrack operators as to why Harthill was not allowed to treat or train horses at certain courses.
Side 2: Additional interviews of unidentified men discussing the Harthill case. Two interviews are muffled and undistinguishable. Roscoe Troxler discussed his career as jockey and trainer.
