He discusses how an injury impacted Royal and Regal's performance in the 1973 Kentucky Derby. He also talks about Northern Prospect's temperament and training.
Bolus next speaks with Warner Jones, owner of Hermitage Farms in Goshen, Kentucky (March 31, 1979). He discusses Native Street, a mare he owns, who has produced successful offspring. He also reveals that he owns a share in Mr. Prospector.
