During the first segment, trainers Laz Barrera and Woody Stephens take questions about their horses, training methods, and expectations for the upcoming Preakness Stakes. One of the questioners is a 12 year old boy, Gino Alogi, whose father is a local trainer. Barrera and Stephens also share humorous anecdotes about horses they have trained, races won and lost, and people they have worked with during their careers.

20:15 -- Bolus is speaking to Woody Stephenson, who discusses the training his horse, Believe It, has done since arriving at Pimlico, odds for the upcoming Preakness Stakes, and fractions he hopes his horse will achieve during the race.

28:48 -- Post-race interview with jockey Jorge Velasquez, rider of second place finisher Alydar. He discusses the race outcome and his performance.
30:22 -- Post-race interview, likely with jockey Eddie Maple, rider of third place finisher Believe It. He discusses his performance in the race, Believe It's future racing prospects, and the apparent rivalry between Affirmed and Alydar.
34:51 -- Additional interview with Jorge Velasquez. States his intent to "keep trying" to beat Affirmed, and discusses his performance in the race, as well as Alydar's effort.

40:09 -- Post-race group interview with John Veitch, trainer of Alydar. States his intent to run the horse in the Belmont Stakes. Defends Jorge Velasquez's performance in the race. Some asking questions seem to be race attendees who have been in the infield. Veitch advises there will be an even better party at the Belmont.
Side B: audio does not begin until 6:30. Trainer Laz Barrera discusses the outcome of the Preakness, jockey Steve Cauthen, his experience at Pimlico, and his plans to travel to New York to prepare for the Belmont Stakes.
14:00 -- Trainer Woody Stephenson confirms he will not run Believe It in the Belmont Stakes. He discusses possible plans for Believe It's future career, and complains of the high cost of running a horse in the Kentucky Derby.
20:37 -- Laz Barrera recounts his long and very busy day, and talks about his experiences at the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes. He discusses his outlook for the Belmont Stakes, and praises Alydar's performance. He also shares stories about Bold Forbes, and discusses Affirmed's will to win.
